Food and Drink Safety Aware

Food and Drink Safety Aware – An Introduction is a Level 1 equivalent module meeting the UK Food Safety regulations to train staff ‘to meet the needs of the job’.

The module is often used in induction programmes and as the main training for staff not in direct food production roles such as, food and drink service staff.

This interactive module uses lots of activities using examples of food preparation and food and drink service along with examples drawn from Housekeeping on bedroom refreshment trays to help staff develop a firm understanding of basic food safety. There is an action plan that can be downloaded to help staff apply the information to their business, menus or products and department.
