The eHotelier Academy offers a wide range of courses from Operations to Management across all hospitality disciplines. Rather than enroll in a program with a strict curriculum, professionals and companies may select the courses that meet their corporate requirements or career progression.

Online training provides a cost effective, compressed learning format. The time out of the operation is greatly reduced and as learning is self paced, team members do not waste time waiting for others to catch up. Conversely, those who require additional time can progress at their own pace, ensuring they gain a full comprehension. There are also no commuting costs required for off site courses, and courses also come with their own workbooks. All courses are valid for 12 months so the team member can continue to reference the course during this period – unlike in person training.

Team Management

Full learner reporting available through an online dashboard for both the team member and management.

Monitoring of learner progress is achieved through periodic checkpoints in all courses.  Completion of the checkpoints is visible in the dashboard to the team member and managers.

In addition to checkpoint progress, the dashboard also provides visibility of learner login activity and duration of access.

There are a wide range of reports and views available to assist the team member and the company to achieve the required learning.  This is particularly important compliance reporting purposes.


All courses are delivered online, available on any device through a regular browser.

The learning management system is accessible on a mobile phone, tablet and personal computer or laptop, making learning possible anywhere there is an internet connection.

Team members may now continue their professional development as and when it suits them, at work, at home or even whilst commuting.
